JAMES ACHESON

My personal love of sports and fitness was the original drive behind becoming a personal trainer. I have been lucky enough to have trained with many great coaches and athletes during my life, learning from them all along the way. I believe that we should never stop learning. This way I can ensure diversity in my training programmes, and can adapt to meet the needs of my clients, irrespective of limits.

I use the knowledge I have gained over 12 years to develop and implement customised fitness plans for all ages, shapes, sizes and experience levels. Paired with dietary advice programs you will achieve amazing results. Whether it be weight loss, muscle toning, increasing core strength, improving your overall fitness, or sport specific training, my aim is always to achieve your optimum fitness goals. Whatever goal you have in mind, together we can achieve it!
