Your program is designed exclusively for you, with the first consultation free for new costumers. The consultation is an informal meetup to discuss your goals. I will keep track of your new healthy habits and if requested we can track your progress with a monthly report. A home workout plan can also be provided as part of the 10 & 20 hours block package and I will always be on hand to keep you motivated in between sessions.

Train with a buddy. This option makes it more affordable and can be a good choice for those who like to work with a partner.
The programme works well as you have to be accountable to your buddy.
In addition to your sessions you will be given a home workout plan with block bookings that you can do by yourself or with your friend/partner. Block bookings also will include a nutritional programme and dietary advice.

Train once, twice or up to five times per week. This is especially fun for couples who may be look to shed a few pounds for their wedding day!
60 min session: £20 per person
Book a 1 hour 1-2-1 Boxing Pad Work Session to take your fitness to the next level. Work on technique, power, speed, movement and defense.
This can be a fun addition to your already existing programme, or works perfectly as an optional extra if you are already an experienced exerciser .
Give it a go, you won't be disappointed, proven stress relief for a busy life!
There is no addition discount given for block bookings.

More affordable and best suited to those who like to work in a team.
It's great fun working out with your friends and it ensures you are being surrounded by supportive and like-minded people. Those who try to lose weight in a group often see the best results.
You will be given a home workout plan with block bookings that you can do by yourself or with your friends. Train once, twice or up to five times per week.
6 people works really well, however, large group/team sessions are available.
